Returns:

For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, you can create a return label viaour returns portal within 14 days. Return shipping costs are €5.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.  For returns from other countries, Rare Emotion does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
